Well, I haven't been on here for a while. Lol, my last entry was in October. But alot has been going on. School is running me ragged. I am CONVINCED they are envious of me leaving that forsaken institution and wish to retaliate by giving me assignments, tests, SBA's and added schoolwork to ensure I don't make it out alive.

I mean 13th graders don't usually have mocks at all before CAPE but no.... they felt like they needed to guinea pig my year. So I have 20 trillion mocks next week and 500 the next.
But as the time is dwindling down I have no time to sit with my friends and cherish the last moments together at school as we all aren't going to see each other for a very long time, if not ever again. (aproximadamente dos semanas)



--Just a quick apology, I have been Photoshop deprived since last summer, hence the stagnation. The next obstacle was that I just purchased a new iMac since my other computer crashed last summer but couldn't find the Photoshop compatible with it. Fortunately though I finally got it around two weeks ago so Im up and running again. Yay! BUT... I can't do much work since, as I mentioned before, I am SWAMPED with schoolwork since its coming down to crunch time. I Promise to get back to my pictures at the soonest possible opportunity though.--

Anyway, topic of real discussion:

Since the beginning of 13th grade Ive been stressing about college applications and doing the SAT's (lol, I decided to go to a college in the US only last September, so best believe that this was all rushed).
So like the grand procrastinator I was I wasted much time not assembling a proper portfolio for my schools. I finally got it together though and as bad as it sounds, I got everything off to everyone last week Thursday (Thanks God for rolling admissions). So Ive received two acceptances out of my six applications so far, Im still waiting to hear from the rest. Hopefully, thats in the coming week or somewhere close to there so that I can make an informed decision as to where Id like to enroll in. The two acceptances that Ive received so far are from SCAD (whoa big shocker there! *rollseyes*) and Ringling, one of my top choices **hurray!-celebrates--**

Well, that was all I wanted to talk about today. If anyone wants to tell me anything that they may know about Ringling Im asking please could you tell me about it. Id really like to hear from anyone who could tell me whatever information they know about the school (opinions, student reviews etc). Information about Cornish College of the Arts is another school I applied to as well (Id really want to go here too) and would like to know a little more about the school as well. So if you know anything at all, =], could you share it with me?

Can't wait until Christmas break.

Its been summer for me for about 2 weeks now and Im really happy about that ^^.

So Ive started this summer photography course with this well known photographer in Jamaica, Howard Moo Young. It's been interesting.. Been getting little pointers here and there =].

Oh and this Saturday that has just passed we visited these sabbath rastas *so I believe they're called*. It was a really interestin visit. They sang songs, danced, smoked and all that good stuff all in praise. I got some rather interesting shots too so that was fun ^_^. (Look out for those photos soon)

After this course ends Im supposed to be doing another one only its for Photoshop. Im really looking forward to that one because, I dont know, Photoshop is interesting I guess and there are endless possibilities when one uses Photoshop. So yeah, Im looking forward to learning new techniques on it. ^^

Otherwise Ive been spending my time lousing around... I should really look for something to do in the day time *heehee* . But hey, summer's still fresh, I have a whole two months more to begin getting productive =] .

I recently got back from my school trip to Mexico and Panama and I definitely took a lot of pictures...
However.....
Unfortunately I have them all sitting here on my my computer...
Time really is precious and nowadays I have a real limited amount of it.
I have a tumult of homework to conquer first before I can use my leisure time to Photoshop my pics.
*sigh*
I have some really nice shots tooo...
Damn school!!
*ugh*
Anyway, I promise I will submit some more as soon as I get the time to do it.
I'm really looking forward to that.
